Top 5 Healthy Foods

Being a gym addict I have to eat healthy foods. Based on my researches and reading each and every day my favorite health and fitness blog, I decided to make a summary of top 3 healthy foods I eat every day:

Apples are an iconic fruit as they are not only sweet but also exceptionally healthy. Among other things, apples are rich in anti-oxidants, and these go a long way in fighting off free radicals in the body. Free radicals contribute a lot to aging and general fatigue in the body. They further give the body an uneven look.

As such, apples keep you looking fit and feeling rejuvenated. Research shows that apples lower cholesterol levels in the body significantly after a very short time. As such, they also enhance your appearance, keeping your body looking and feeling beautiful and fit.

Oily fish have been shown to have exceptionally high nutrient levels. They come with about third oil, basically omega-3 fatty acids. These go a long way in ensuring that the heart and vascular blood vessels perform optimally. They also improve the body’s nervous system. Furthermore, they work well for people facing inflammatory conditions like arthritis, so fish is considered one of the necessary food to archive lifestyle changes.

Oily fish further contain vitamins A and D which help boost the body’s immune system. Common and easily available oily fish include:

  • Salmon.
  • Sardine.
  • Trout.
  • Herrings.
  • Mackerel.

Ensure that the fish are prepared well to reap their benefits maximally.

Blue berries

For people conversant with the nutrition industries, blue berries are known to be highly regarded owing to their high anti-oxidant levels. They go a long way in giving people a soft, smooth and clear skin and a rejuvenated feeling.

Blue berries further contain fibers that aid in digestion and other phytonutrients. They also help reduce and carb obesity and this is what particularly makes them popular with people looking to get in good and fit shape and health.
