What Is A Good Advertising Format For A Website So Everybody Can Be Included And Nobody Feel Left Out?

Also, what would be aesthetically pleasing yet not look like such a cluster fluff. This would probably be like 500 to 1000 companies advertising any number of products and services. Or I would also take suggestions. Thanks.
